These Terms govern the use of DomTechHit (domtechhit.com) and any order placed through our service. The store is operated by The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

Orders

Orders are placed through our product pages and confirmed by our customer-care team by phone. A contract is formed only once your order has been confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order in case of evident error, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in the local currency including applicable taxes. Payment is made by cash on delivery: you pay the courier directly when the package is delivered. No prepayment is required.

Delivery

We deliver to the countries served by our couriers, typically within 24-48 hours, subject to courier availability and address accuracy.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in line with applicable consumer law. See our Refund Policy for how to proceed.

Warranty

Products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturer defects. Damage caused by misuse is excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer.
