Delivery area

We currently ship to the European countries served by our courier partners. Availability is confirmed when your order is placed.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours of confirmation. During peak periods or for remote areas, delivery may take a few additional working days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on the offers where indicated. Any applicable shipping fee is always shown before you confirm your order.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier in cash at the moment of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Tracking & failed delivery

Our customer-care team contacts you to arrange delivery. If the courier cannot reach you, a new attempt is scheduled. Orders that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts are returned to us.
