Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or the product is not right for you, here is how returns and refunds work.

Right to return

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery. Under EU consumer law you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The product must be returned complete and in resaleable condition.

How to request a return

Write to info@domtechhit.com with your name and the phone number used at checkout. Our team will confirm the return address and the steps to follow.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we issue your refund. As orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds are arranged directly with you (e.g. by bank transfer) and processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturer defect within the 24-month warranty, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
